My earliest attemps at asking chatGTP for code help were not very promising. A couple of years ago I asked it to make a responsive treemap visualization in d3.js. It went for a few lines, maybe 10-15seconds and froze. This was a code issue that would be labourus and I had not found any solutions online. Since then Mike Bostock has made one that so far looks good.
Web components allows sharable and embeddable interactive components so it has great potential for anything visual in a browser.
